Objective: Introduce the families of Cheyenne, Oklahoma, and its surrounding communities to the full capabilities offered by Roger Mills Memorial Hospital.
Overview: Roger Mills Memorial Hospital is a rural facility located in the heart of northwestern Oklahoma and approximately 30 miles from a large specialty hospital in Elk City. Comm-Arts was commissioned to develop an advertising and direct-mail campaign that communicated RMMH as the local, affordable choice for quality healthcare by personally introducing the physicians to prospective patients. The campaign consisted of half-page print ads in four newspapers across northwestern Oklahoma and six direct mail pieces that offered timely news and information about healthcare prevention and the hospital's latest capabilities and technologies.
In 2010, we changed up our marketing and advertising strategy by introducing RMMH's consumers to the community who, in their words, communicated their preference for Roger Mills over any other hospital in northwestern Oklahoma.
